You could probably make the dress. You could probably find a similar pattern.

The dress is amazing! The velvet is so soft and has a nice sheen to it so that it reflects the light. And the ivory trim on it is just adorable and MAKES the dress.

The Christmas box is great too. I have one of the older ones, from around '96-'97 I believe. Don't remember the exact year. But it has "real" little stamps on it and the typeface looks like handwriting, since it's from Dad. The paint set in mine can really be used although I never have. The stocking is just adorable! (Need to get it out and put it next to my tree!) My ballerina doll is very detailed. I do have the snowglobe with the plastic base but I still like it, and my flip book is Fantasia.

I love the dress and it is on my holiday wish list. I would like to have a girl size dress of it for my daughter.

Thanks for your comments. Now I really can't wait to get my order in, which should be tomorrow. BTW, what's the ballerina doll?

I think the box is Molly's best value for the money item. You get so much with it. Usually you just get the doll for the same price, but here you get the filled stocking and cute box, too. Molly has hers hanging up now in dds room, waiting for Santa...

The ballerina doll is in her stocking. It's also on the cover of Molly's Surprise, you can just barely see it poking out of the stocking.
